Refund Policy

Pocket Myths Studio sells digital printable files. Because digital files can be downloaded immediately, refunds are handled carefully and case by case.

Digital product refunds

Digital downloads are generally not returnable after delivery. If you purchased the wrong item, purchased twice by mistake, cannot access the file, or received a corrupted file, contact us and we will review the issue.

When we can help

Duplicate accidental purchase of the same product.
Download link or file access problem that cannot be resolved.
Incorrect or corrupted file delivered by mistake.
Marketplace checkout error that created an unintended order.

How to request support

Email pocketmythsstudio@gmail.com or use the marketplace order-support route. Include the product name, order number if available, purchase email, and a short description of the problem.
